I am currently reading Building Thinking Classrooms in Math and the information you presented goes right along with the author's thinking (not to be punny). I think you clarified a lot of questions I had about how to implement thinking within my classroom. I will definitely be using the 5 ways you talked about in the training. I'm planning on recommending this training to several of my teacher friends.
